Any participant can send a complaint against another player or team within an hour of the start of the event.

How to send a complaint!:

1- Click on "Competitions" from the top of the main page.

2- Select "My Competitions" from the drop down menu.

3- Log in to the competition page in which you participated.

4- Choose "Send a complaint".

5- Enter the required information to enable the expert team to identify the complaint.

6- Click on "Submit".

 

The complaint will be taken into consideration and the required procedures will be taken and the problem will resolved as fast as possible.
